Come Join me for a 45- minute holiday yoga session on the beach following a paddle with with Lake Havasu City Outrigger Canoe Club (LHOCC). This is an all levels class designed to stretch out, tone, and strengthen. Please bring a mat or large towel, water and athletic wear. The class will take place after the paddle so please make sure you reach out and let us know what your plan is. Holiday attire is encouraged and donations for the class will go straight to the LHOCC.
