About the Event
This is a 45-minute Vinyasa style yoga class geared for all student levels. The class focus is targeted to help strength, balance and flexibility for those of us who push on peddles over and over again. It is important to create a balanced body by strengthening in areas that may be otherwise ignored and stretching out areas that may become tight due to the repetitive nature of the sport. I hope to make it fun and give a little glimpse as to why Yoga can be a great addition to your routine and sport. Please bring your own Yoga mat (and accessories, if you have them) or something with some grip that allows you to comfortably sit, lay and kneel on.
